In fact, it has been shown that taking a nature vacation can boost your creativity, increase your attention span, and even reduce depression. With the constant bombardment of information that modern life presents, a nature vacation can be a good way to press the reset button.
A natural setting can also improve the quality of your sleep. Being out in the natural sunlight helps set your internal clock, which tells you when to eat or sleep and normalizes hormonal functions that occur at specific times a day. Various studies have shown that human stress levels actually decrease after exposure to peaceful, calm colors such as blue and green.
Los Cabos in Baja California Sur offers many opportunities to get close to nature, with its eclectic mix of mountains, desert, beaches, ocean and breathtaking natural landscapes.
